Oak Creek Plumbing and Remodeling is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 50 years. In that time, we have seen a lot of remodeling companies in all over Wisconsin come and go. 

So why is it that we have we made it for over 50 years when most remodeling companies barely survive for more than five? That's a great question, and one that deserves an honest answer.

I firmly believe that we have survived in the remodeling industry for over 50 years because of our absolute commitment to customer service and satisfaction. It absolutely appalls me to see the level to which customer service in this country has sunk.

In fact, according to the University of Arizona's W.P. Carey School of Business, the number of people with customer service issues has increased to over 50% since 2011! And out of that, over 68% of them said they never got a resolution, let alone an apology. 

I just can't fit that thought process into my head. Customers are the lifeblood of any company. At Oak Creek Plumbing and Remodeling, we simply will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are completely satisfied and that you absolutely love your new kitchen or bath. 

We call you every day. We let you know exactly what is going on. But more importantly, we let you know exactly when we are going to show up. We always clean up after ourselves and will always treat you – and your home – with the respect that it deserves. Maybe that's why we have been around for over 50 years. 

More importantly, unlike a franchise that has to do what is right for "corporate," at Oak Creek, if there is ever a problem, you don't get the runaround, you don't get "automated receptionist," and you don't get the blame game – you get solutions and satisfaction. PERIOD. And that is my personal guarantee to you.
