  • Will you stay on budget, or will the price magically change as we go along?

    Your price as quoted is accurate. However, additional work, upgraded product selections, and the possibility of unseen damage behind the walls (faulty wiring, water damage, etc.) can affect your bottom line.

  • What kind of guarantees/warrantees do you offer?

    That’s a great question. First, everything we do automatically comes with our five-year craftsmanship warranty. Second, our handpicked products and materials carry the longest and most comprehensive warranties available. Finally, we offer something that no one else will – our Price Assurance Guarantee, which simply states that if you find comparable products or services at a lower price, we will match that price or PAY YOU $100!

  • I’m a do-it-yourselfer. Will you still work with me?

    Absolutely – with only a couple of exceptions. If you want to do part of the job yourself, we need to carefully coordinate what parts of the job you’re doing, and the work must also be completed according to the schedule we provided to avoid incurring any additional charges.

  • Is there anything I need to do before you start?

    Yes. There are a few things you can do to get ready. For example, you will need to pack away your dishes, move any furniture/tables that may be in the way, and possibly put these things in temporary storage. If you need help, our rates are fair, and our people are friendly.


  • What should I expect?

    Every home is different. Every job is different. But there are some general guidelines as to what you can expect with your kitchen remodel. First is the planning and design phase. This is the most critical aspect of any remodeling. There is an old cliché, which we find extraordinarily appropriate when it comes to remodeling: "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail." That is why we take such extraordinary steps and as much time as is needed to come up with a plan that works for you – and your budget.


  • Do you clean up after you’ve finished?

    Yes. There’s no way we’ll leave you with a big mess! We will do our best to pick up all the tools and sweep, clean, and Shop-Vac the area. However, you can expect more dust and dirt than usual in your home. If sanding needs to be done, we recommend covering your furniture with plastic.
